After your Software ID has been verified, we email your RouterOS license key directly — there’s no separate download portal or account login required. Here’s exactly what to expect and how to save your key correctly.
What You’ll Receive by Email
- Your RouterOS license key file (a small
.keyfile matched to your Software ID) - A GST-compliant invoice for your order
- A link to the Installation Guide for activating the key
Saving Your Key File
Download the attachment
Save the
.keyfile from our email to your computer — don’t open it in a text editor or rename its extension.Keep a backup
Store a copy somewhere safe. If you ever need to reinstall RouterOS on the same device, you can re-import the same key without repurchasing.
Move on to installation
Follow the Installation Guide to import the key into RouterOS via Winbox or WebFig.

How long does delivery take after verification?
Keys are emailed automatically the moment manual verification is complete — usually within a few working hours of your order.
I don’t see the email — what should I check?
Check your spam/junk folder first, and confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct. If it’s still missing after a business day, contact support with your order number.
Can I get the key resent to a different email address?
Yes — contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
