Due to the nature of digital software licenses, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the license has been delivered.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• A duplicate payment was made.
• The license key was not delivered due to our technical issue.

Physical Products

Physical products may qualify for replacement only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Product damaged during shipping.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with photos/videos as proof.

Products will NOT qualify for return or replacement if:

• Damage occurred after delivery.
