📦 Digital Products (License Keys)
Digital products such as MikroTik RouterOS License Keys and CHR Licenses are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Delivery Method
- License keys are delivered via email after successful payment verification.
- Customers must provide the correct Software ID for activation.
- Please ensure your email address is accurate during checkout.
Delivery Time
- Most digital licenses are delivered within 1–24 business hours.
- In some cases, delivery may take longer due to verification or technical review.
Digital products are not physically shipped. Once a license key has been issued or activated, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

This section applies to networking hardware, routers, switches, servers, accessories, FTTH products, and other physical items sold through our website.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship products across India using trusted courier and logistics partners.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Custom-built server orders may require additional preparation time.
