Refund & Returns Policy

At Arnav Infosystem, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, replacements, and returns are handled for all purchases made through our website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Important: Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any digital license or physical product.

🔹 Digital Products (MikroTik RouterOS Licenses)

We sell genuine MikroTik RouterOS licenses and CHR licenses that are digitally delivered and permanently activated.

❌ No Refunds After License Delivery

Once a license key has been generated, delivered, emailed, or activated, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.

This includes:

  • RouterOS Level 4 Licenses
  • RouterOS Level 5 Licenses
  • RouterOS Level 6 Licenses
  • CHR Licenses
  • Digital activation keys
Reason: MikroTik licenses are permanently linked to a Software ID and cannot be reused or reset after activation.

✅ Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

  • Payment is completed but the license has NOT yet been issued
  • You contact us immediately for order cancellation
  • Duplicate payment was made accidentally
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by our team

Once the license key is generated or sent, refunds are strictly not possible.

⚠ Customer Responsibility

  • Please provide the correct Software ID
  • Ensure correct email address during checkout
  • Select the correct license level before payment
  • Verify compatibility before placing order

Incorrect orders or wrong Software IDs provided by customers are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


🔹 Physical Products (Hardware, Servers & Accessories)

For networking hardware and physical products purchased from our website:

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is unused and uninstalled
  • Original packaging is available
  • All accessories and invoices are included
  • No physical damage or tampering is found

❌ Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • Product has been used or installed
  • Packaging is damaged or missing
  • Serial number or warranty sticker is altered
  • Return request is raised after 7 days
  • Wrong product was ordered by customer
  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling

🔹 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Package opening video (recommended)
  • Description of the problem
Approved cases may qualify for replacement, repair, or RMA support depending on the product and manufacturer warranty policy.

🔹 Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may vary

In some situations, partial refunds may apply depending on product condition or transaction charges.


🔹 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless product is defective
  • COD and handling charges are non-refundable

🔹 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment or digital delivery
  • Once shipped or digitally delivered, cancellation is not possible
  • Custom-built servers or special-order products cannot be cancelled after processing begins

🔹 Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to refuse suspicious orders
  • Additional verification may be required for high-value transactions
  • Fraudulent claims or chargebacks may result in account restriction

🔹 Warranty Information

Most hardware products are covered under manufacturer warranty terms.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Electrical or water damage
  • Burnt components
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
